Wait Your Turn

There were 6 people working on the floor and I was busy making a coffee traveler with my back to the line when a guy shouts his order at me. Now, there were other workers taking orders and ringing and making drinks-it’s not like we were backed up. And the guy who was on line is a semi-regular customer so he knows how we work. I said I’d be with him in a minute, finished the traveler with the other customer and started taking orders in the line as there were people ahead of this guy. He started yelling at me “Did u get my order?”. I said I’d be with him in a minute and when I got to him I finally took his order and got everything ready. He left a mess at his table when he left.

I should also take this time to note that this same customer always confuses me with the manager. A lot of customers think we look alike, but this guy never gets it right and will always voice his complaints to me.
